Roasted Garlic Inside

There was not much going in Camp Mack that interested me.  It is times like these that I appreciate the 30 feet of Airstream.  With both ACs at full blast, it was nice to be indoors.  

I forgot to bring my portable grill.  Plus it's not very good at roasting garlic.  So I decided to try out the convection oven.  

I sliced the tops off two garlic cloves, poured a little olive oil on top, wrapped them up in aluminum foil, and placed them in the convection oven for 60 minutes at 400 degrees.   Let's see how this turns out.
