Summer Retreat, Part Deux

The owners of the property we were looking at have a very high opinion of it.  Much higher than us.  A lot higher than us.  The realtor found that the people right across the street from them were also selling, for a lot less, and 50% more livable space in much better condition.  God works in mysterious ways.  So now we are pursuing the other one...
