Hidden Treasure?

My wife found a plot map online for the property we are wanting to purchase in North Carolina.  It is from the local tax collector office.  In that map, it shows the dimensions of the covered area, which confirm our Airstream will fit once we remove the park model that is currently there.  That is great.

It also show a 7’ x 10’ shed in the back that is not shown in any of the pictures or listing descriptions.  Mind you, we’ve never actually seen the lot in person, we actually went to see the one across the street.  So we are familiar with the area, but not this specific lot.  And although I am mostly interested in the piece of land, it is very curious that they would not mention a storage shed in the property.
