Frontier Internet Fail, Part Deux

So I drove all the way to the ranch today to "self install" the DSL modem.  It didn't work.  Two hours between being on hold and chatting with Frontier, I gave up.  This shouldn't be this hard.

So on my last chat, the customer service rep tells me a technician needs to come out.  I agree, but wasn't I told last week that this was a self install?  Didn't I drive to the ranch last week only to be stood up by the tech that never showed?


Let's try this again, shall we?  This Friday.  Again.
